Information We Collect

• Account and profile information, such as name, email address, company, role, and account membership.
• CRM information entered or imported by authorized users, including contacts, pipeline records, tasks, notes, campaign content, and activity history.
• Usage and diagnostic information needed to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Service.
• Connected-platform data when an authorized user chooses to connect an outside service, such as Google, Shopify, Meta, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, or similar business tools.

Google API Data

• When a user connects a Google Account, Rell.ai may request Google profile scopes to identify the connected account and display the connection to that user.
• Rell.ai may request Google Analytics read-only access to show website traffic, GA4 properties, and analytics reporting inside the CRM.
• Rell.ai may request Google Ads access for account, campaign, and reporting visibility in CRM dashboards. Although Google's OAuth label describes a broad Ads scope, Rell.ai uses the connection for reporting and dashboard features.
• Rell.ai may request YouTube and YouTube Analytics read-only access to show channel, account, content, and performance reporting inside the CRM.

How We Use Information

• Provide CRM, dashboard, campaign, reporting, mobile app, support, and account-management features requested by authorized users.
• Display connected Google Analytics, Google Ads, YouTube, Shopify, and social-platform reporting in account-level dashboards.
• Maintain security, prevent unauthorized access, investigate errors, and support reliable operation of the Service.
• Communicate with users about account access, support, service updates, and operational notices.

Storage and Security

• OAuth access tokens, refresh tokens, and OAuth app secrets are encrypted at rest in Rell.ai systems.
• Sensitive credentials are not returned to the browser after saving.
• Access to CRM and connected-platform data is limited to authorized users and service components that need access to provide the Service.
• We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, and alteration.

Sharing and Transfers

• We do not sell Google user data, CRM data, or connected-platform data.
• We do not use Google user data for advertising or to train generalized AI models.
• We may share information with service providers that help us host, operate, secure, support, or improve the Service, subject to appropriate confidentiality and security obligations.
• We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or with the user's direction or consent.

User Choices

• Users can disconnect connected Google and other platform accounts from Rell.ai settings. Disconnecting disables the connection in the CRM.
• Users can also revoke Rell.ai access from their Google Account permissions page.
• Users may contact support to request help accessing, correcting, exporting, or deleting information, subject to account ownership, legal, and operational requirements.

Google API Services Limited Use

Rell.ai's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
