Terms of Service

Use of the Service

• Rell.ai is provided for authorized RE Luxe Leaders members, team members, clients, and invited users.
• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for activity under their accounts.
• Users may only access accounts, CRM records, connected platforms, and reports they are authorized to use.

Connected Services

• Rell.ai can connect to third-party services, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, YouTube, Shopify, Meta, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, and similar business platforms.
• A user must authorize each connected service before Rell.ai can access data from that service.
• Use of connected services remains subject to the third-party provider's terms, policies, and account permissions.
• Users can disconnect connected accounts in Rell.ai settings and may also revoke access directly through the third-party provider.

User Content and CRM Data

• Users and their organizations retain ownership of the business content, CRM records, contact records, campaign materials, and connected-platform data they provide to Rell.ai.
• Users grant Rell.ai permission to process that information as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the Service.
• Users are responsible for ensuring they have the rights and permissions needed to upload, import, connect, or use information in the Service.

Acceptable Use

• Users may not use Rell.ai to violate law, infringe rights, bypass access controls, send unlawful communications, or interfere with the Service.
• Users may not attempt to reverse engineer, overload, scrape, or compromise Rell.ai systems or connected-platform integrations.
• Users may not use Rell.ai to collect, process, or transmit information without appropriate authorization and consent.

AI-Assisted Features

• Rell.ai may include AI-assisted drafting, summarization, analysis, and workflow features.
• AI-assisted output can be incomplete or inaccurate and should be reviewed by a qualified user before business, legal, financial, or compliance decisions are made.
• Users are responsible for the final content they approve, send, publish, or rely on through the Service.

Availability and Changes

• Rell.ai may change, suspend, or discontinue features as needed for security, reliability, compliance, maintenance, or product improvement.
• Third-party integrations may be affected by provider outages, API changes, account permissions, quota limits, or revoked authorization.
• We may update these Terms from time to time by posting an updated version on this page.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• The Service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.
• Rell.ai does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that connected-platform data will always be complete or current.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, RE Luxe Leaders, LLC and Rell.ai will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages.
